What is the Superior Taste Award?

The Superior Taste Award is an international recognition that certifies the exceptional quality and outstanding flavor of food products from around the globe. Presented by the International Taste Institute, this distinction is based on a rigorous blind evaluation conducted by a jury of over 200 world-renowned chefs and sommeliers from prestigious institutions such as the Académie Culinaire de France and the Federation of European Sommelier Associations.

Products evaluated can receive one, two, or three stars depending on their level of excellence. Our Admiración Iberian Acorn-Fed Ham received the highest rating of 3 stars, a testament to its unparalleled flavor, delicate texture, and exceptional quality.
